Thieves Roll-On is a blend of purifying essential oils and is prediluted for topical application. It is formulated with Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary. I use it along the spine and the feet every day after shower and before bed time.
Thieves Essential Oil Blend
Thieves essential oil is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus radiata, and Rosemary essential oils. It is known for immune support and cleansing properties.
This needs to be diluted with a carrier oil (coconut. olive, almond or any oil that you have handy) before applying to the spine and feet. I use a few drops in the diffuser everyday to keep the nasty cough and cold bugs away.

I have researched and tried other probiotics for my kids but did not find one with so many active cultures.
