Cool Azul sports gel
Cool Azul Sports Gel is a non-sticky, aloe-based formula that helps cool and soothe tired muscles when combined with massage after physical activity.
This is my staple after a workout for everyday use.

Cool Azul Pain-Relief Cream offers fast-acting relief from minor muscle and joint aches with the aromatic combination of Wintergreen premium essential oil and Young Living's exclusive Cool Azul premium essential oil blend.
I use this for days when the Cool Azul sports gel is not cutting it and I need some deeper acting pain relief.

AgilEase is a joint health supplement that supports healthy cartilage, flexibility and mobility, and the body’s natural response to inflammation after exercise.
PanAway Essential Oil Blend
I use PanAway essential oil blend for all my joint and spinal (back & neck) aches and pains. It is a combination of Clove, Helichrysum, Peppermint, and Wintergreen, and creates a cooling and soothing sensation when applied to fatigued muscles after physical activity.

Thieves Essential Oil Blend
Thieves essential oil is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus radiata, and Rosemary essential oils. It is known for immune support and cleansing properties.
This needs to be diluted with a carrier oil (coconut, olive, almond or any oil that you have handy) before applying to the spine and feet. I use a few drops in the diffuser everyday to keep the nasty cough and cold bugs away.
Thieves Roll-On
Thieves Roll-On is a blend of purifying essential oils and is prediluted for topical application. It is formulated with Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary. I use it along the spine and the feet every day after shower and before bed time.
LIFE 9
Life 9 is a highly potent probiotic with 17 billion live cultures from nine beneficial bacteria strains to support healthy immune function, maintain optimal metabolism, and promote normal intestinal function. This is the probiotic I use for myself as it is a combination of many active cultures.
KidScents MightyVites Chewable Tablets
Though we try to limit the junk food in our house but at least I have the peace of mind that the kids are getting their nutrients everyday. VALOUR essential oil BLEND
Valor essential oil is a blend of Frankincense, Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Camphor Wood, and Geranium essential oils. It was formulated based on historical writings about Roman soldiers who were said to apply plant extracts and botanticals to instill feelings of courage and confidence before going into battle.
Valor has helped me and my kids feel more courageous on days when I need that extra boost of confidence.

I apply brain power for my kids on days when they need extra support such as big exams days and sports events for the brain boost.

These are the products I use on days that my kids and I need support for our respiratory health or when I know there is a cold and flu going around that I don't want them to catch and bring home to the rest of the family. I use these along with products to support our immune health (see that section on this page). They work together beautifully.
Thieves chest rub
Thieves Chest Rub is a 100% plant-based alternative for over-the-counter cough & congestion relief balms and ointments. It doesnot petroleum, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, synthetic perfumes or dyes, artificial colors, preservatives, and other yuck/toxic ingredients that are usually found in the other over the counter products. (PS: Petroleum is one stage short of plastic when manufactured, so use your judgement if you want to use it for your little ones/yourself ... that was the USP for me!)
It relieves irritations of common cold, cough, congestion, stuffiness, minor throat irritations, soothes nasal passages and supports healthy breathing, all while suppressing cough.
Best part is that it has no sticky residue!
RC ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND
RC essential oil blend is a powerful combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. citriodora, E. globulus, and E. radiata). The initials stand for respiratory care, as this oil may provide a refreshing breathing experience.
It is excellent to pause that long chain of sneezes (I have dust allergy so once the sneezes start they don't stop, except with RC!) and for relief from congested sinuses.
I use a few drops in the diffuser everyday along with thieves essential oil blend (you can use on its own too) to keep the cough and cold under control. I put a drop or two on the wrist crease or shirt collar or pillow to let the kids/me smell it all day long.
Breathe Again Roll-On
Breathe Again Roll-On combines Copaiba, Myrtle, and Peppermint with four different types of Eucalyptus including Eucalyptus Blue. It includes Blue Cypress, which is steam distilled from the leaves and wood of the blue cypress, a tree indigenous to Australia.
I find its refreshing scent supports the feeling of clear breathing and this is my go-to on days when I am out and about. I also find it helpful for sinus headaches alongwith Peppermint essential oil.
KIDSCENTS MIGHTYPRO
I was always under the notion that probiotics are for gut health but think about it ... the good bacteria live inside our nasal lining and lungs too (basically they live inside the whole body!). So why not replenish the good bacteria in our respiratory passages and let them fight the bad guys creating all the havoc inside the lungs and nose etc?

Thieves Hard Lozenges
Thieves Hard Lozenges is made of the same ingredients as the Thieves essential oil blend (Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lemon, Peppermint essential oils). It is excellent for dry and itchy throats. My kids and I take these logenzes when we have a cough & cold or sore throat or when I need to freshen my breath! You can dissolve one lozenges in a glass of hot water and drink that as a tea. My kids drink it diluted in the room temperature water while I like to eat it as a heard candy.
The best part is that it is made of naturally derived ingredients and is gentle on the stomach, low calorie and sugar free.
ECZEMA SUPPORT |
These are the products I use on daily basis for my kid for supporting his body with eczema. I use these along with products to support our immune health (helps the body to keep up its defence against eczema) and digestive support as eczema is not only effected by what we put on our skin but also what we consume (scroll to see the details of immune and digestive support on this page).
Lavender essential oil
Lavender essential oil is one of the most versatile oils ever! I have used it for cuts, bruises, itchy skin, rashes, a bad mood(!), PMS, kids tantrums, basically everything under the sun! It works well for eczema when mixed with coconut oil to massage or on its own for the eczema patches as it is very soothing for dry and itchy skin. when mixed with coconut or olive or almond oil (any carrier oil of your choice) it is excellent for night time routine as well coz it helps calm down the little ones at bedtime.
I even use lavander oil in my facial care everyday, specially on acne prone areas.
ROSE OINTMENT
Rose Ointment is deeply moisturizing, excellent for dry, sensitive skin. contains many essential oils including rose that deeply hydrate, soothe, and soften the skin. I use this everyday on the dry patches and elbows/knees/other dry areas along with lavender lotion. I have also used it as I have sensitive skin. Best part is it is 100% plant-based and free from parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances, or synthetic dyes/colorants.
Lavender HAND & BODY lOTION
I have used this as a body and hand lotion for me and the kids and as a face cream for my kids. I like to know that I am applying an all natural lotion for my little ones and not introducing parabens and yukky stuff on their skin. I use it for my younger one too who (thankfully!) does not have eczema. This lotion contains naturally derived oils and butters, botanical extracts, and premium essential oils (including lavender and sandalwood), Wolfberry seed oil, olive-derived squalane, and murumuru butter. It contain vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants to provide nourishing moisture to the skin.
KidScents lOTION
I have used this as a face, body and hand lotion for me and my kids. I like to know that I am applying an all natural lotion for my little ones and not introducing parabens, mineral oils, synthetic perfumes, artificial coloring or any toxic ingredients into their skin. I use it for my younger one too who (thankfully!) does not have eczema. This lotion contains premium blend of MSM, shea butter, aloe vera, and pure Cedarwood, Geranium, and other essential oils supports healthy-looking skin for children of all ages.
