There are many types of massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, etc. The basic principles of massage is its ability to relieve muscle tension. Through targeted techniques such as kneading, stroking and stretching, massage helps to relax tight muscles that may be contributing to your back pain. By releasing tension and promoting proper alignment, massage can provide much-needed relief.

Increased blood flow to the affected area brings healing nutrients and oxygen, while removing waste products and toxins.
